Banksy is a pseudonymous British street artist known for his distinctive artworks that blend stenciled imagery with powerful social and political messages. His art has been showcased in various notable exhibitions and events globally. In 2018, Banksy orchestrated an infamous stunt at Sotheby's inovlving the sale of his artwork, "Girl with a Balloon". When it sold, it triggered a concealed shredder which partially destroyed the print. In 2010, Banksy debuted his documentary 'Exit Through the Gift Shop' at the Sundance Film Festival which was subsequently nominated for an Academy Award.
