Taking inspiration from various linguistic and literary sources, he uses the old spelling 'moone' instead of contemporary moon. 'Doge' comes from the name of 'dogecoin', a new cryptocurrency storming the crypto-community and becoming a part of pop culture, especially online. As these influences come together they form an amalgamation that propels Lami's surrealistic perception forward, towards a virtually novel vision. Fictitious narratives become real as culture validates new symbols of web communities. Reality surpasses the physical world, bringing virtual, subconscious and tangible together, in a wish to touch the moon, achievable by anyone who truly believes in it.Exhibitions
